DESCRIPTION: Resorbable Matrix III Antibiotic Beads are spherical (3mm diameter) and contain amikacin sulfate (3.2%) and clindamycin HCl (1.6%). Other components include calcium sulfate hemihydrate and dextran sulfate. Average bead weight is 23mg.

STORAGE: Store in the dark at room temperature. Shelf life is at least one year.

USAGE: Resorbable Matrix III Antibiotic Beads are intended for use in prevention and treatment of localized infections. Dead-space management and filling of bone defects are targeted indications. Matrix III Antibiotic Beads may be advantageously substituted for non-resorbable polymethylmethacrylate antibiotic beads.
