R-Gel Advantages

In many clinical situations injectability is an attractive feature. The lack of migration following injection is also an attribute. R-Gel is resorbed by the body without the production of acid.

We have demonstrated good shelf stability for the polymer solution (< 1 year) and the powdered active ingredients are stable indefinitely.

Pilot manufacturing of R-Gel formulations have been successful. An advantage of the two-syringe system is that the active ingredient can be changed with minimal impact on the manufacturing protocol.
