Royer Animal Health, LLC ("RAH") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Royer Biomedical, Inc. RAH utilizes Royer Biomedical, Inc.'s Matrix III and R-Gel controlled release drug delivery systems for applications in veterinary markets. RAH now supplies MIII Cisplatin Beads under INAD 10-829. The product is indicated for equine sarcoids and has been shown to be safe and efficacious in clinical use. An application for MUMS (Minor Use Minor Species) approval is pending. The MUMS classification is the veterinary equivalent of the Orphan Drug Program in human health.

Devices are not regulated by FDA/CVM. RAH offers two products in the device category, MIII Antibiotic Beads, R-Gel Antibiotic (both contain: amikacin/clindamycin). Both antibiotic products are used to treat localized infections. They provide sustained levels of antibiotic in high concentrations without systemic toxicity. Silvadex^® is a topical anti-fungal/ anti-infective used for equine White Line Disease and Thrush. The product is being commercialized directly by RAH.
